Testimonials

Martijn Kaman
Solution Engineer, Einstein Analytics, UPM/Nokia

During the last year we've worked intensively together on engagements at UPM and Nokia. At UPM you started in a challenging organisation with a complex project scope and, to you and the whole CSG organization, new Solution (Einstein Discovery). You handled both the engagement and the knowledge buildup very well; what I see what you delivered as part of that engagement is absolutely stellar and also underpinned by the enthusiasm of UPM.

At Nokia, you first of all deserve the praise for actively hunting with the (pre)sales organisation on your next AI engagement. When you started at Nokia you actively sought out help from Salesforce side in trying to clarify the scope and finding the right stakeholders at the Nokia side. You kept pushing Salesforce and Nokia in getting the right people to the table to ensure progress. You've also provided valuable feedback in your engagements with both the Sales and Service Organization at Nokia, and succeeded in getting quality improvements to the predictive sales models whilst enabling the Nokia team in getting more use cases onboarded.

I appreciate the time you take helping me in Data Science topics and your proactive communication. On a personal level I highly appreciate you as a colleague and hope to continue working with you going forward.

Ronnie Lackman
Technical Architect, UPM

Highlights:

You took on the Einstein Discovery part of the project without hesitation although I recall this was your first real assignment at Salesforce. Throughout the project you also continued to take on more responsibility which I think was crucial for the success of the project. The original TA was only part of the project in the beginning so after some time it was basically just you and me doing hands-on work at the project and my involvement wasn't even full time and got reduced even more towards the end while you were continuing.

You came with several successful recommendations that helped to move the project along in the right direction at times when the client struggled internally to keep up. The client was a bit challenging, but you kept calm and focused on how to achieve a desirable outcome at the same time helping them to understand both the product as such, but also how to interpret the (their) data, which led to them realizing and appreciating the insights that Einstein Discovery brought and how it helped them to predict future price spans in their specific line of business.

Achievements:

Despite the client being rather tough and demanding they were very happy with the end result and it was an eye opener for them to see what kind of insights they were able to get out of their existing data. This was thanks to you helping them throughout the journey and continuously coming with recommendations wrt to how to improve the models, segmentation, data, presentation of the result to end users and also practical things related to our cooperation with the other vendor included in the project.

For me personally it was reassuring to join client meetings with you as I knew that you would be well prepared and most often run a live demo or have a presentation prepared in order to explain things in a pedagogical way so that people from the client with various technical- and especially non-technical roles could understand the AI concepts. Your presentation skills also got to play an even more important role as the Covid-19 pandemic hit us at a quite early stage of the project, which made us go all digital.

From time to time we ran into uncharted territory with the fairly new product. At these times you never hesitated to reach out to the wider expert community (Reinier, Martijn, Mustapha) to make sure the project kept its momentum.

Sandra Fisher
Director Strategy, Nokia

It is a pleasure to work with you, and I am glad I had the opportunity during the Nokia Expedition! I couldn't find anything you should stop doing, and had to dig deep to think about improvements - you are doing your job great!

Strength:

You bring deep technical expertise, that builds immediate trust with the customer and the teammates. You listen well, ask the right questions, and try to understand the full picture before you come with recommendations aiming for the best solution - which again builds trust with the customer. You don't shy away to challenge the customers' stakeholders if necessary. I appreciate your confidence in presenting to an audience with high-level executives.

Keep doing:

Finding ways and methodologies to move ahead, even if the task and goal is not clearly set by the customer. Nokia was a very difficult account in a complex environment. Stakeholders, accountability, and resources were not clear as the topic was very new to Nokia. And still, you showed resilience and patience to bring the best results. Pull in other (internal) resources if additional information or expertise is required.

So I can't say it often enough: thank you! Plus, I enjoyed learning a lot about AI and Einstein Discovery.

Gerard Braat
Program Architect Director, Randstad

In the past 15 months, I have worked with Myrthe Moring for the Randstad project. Myrthe was the lead consultant covering the predictive and descriptive analytics capabilities in the Discovery phase of the project. Myrthe was a full-time member of the Information Architecture team and reported to me (director program architect).

Myrthe was made responsible for developing the user stories related to Artificial Intelligence capabilities together with the Talent Management and Sales CoE business teams. She has done an outstanding job delivering the user stories within timelines. In addition, she has created a demo environment for EA and ED in Salesforce using Snowfakery for generating fake but realistic data. This deliverable has been demonstrated to the entire team and the capability is now developed further by the Randstad team.

I enjoyed working with Myrthe a lot. She is a very kind, modest, and professional consultant with great expertise in AI and analytics. Her work attitude includes strong characteristics like results-oriented, independent self-starter, team-player, can-do mentality, willing to go the extra mile.

I recommend Myrthe to develop her skills beyond artificial intelligence and analytics, for example in the domain of information architecture, data management & governance, and digital business. In addition, I think Myrthe would benefit from MBA readiness training to develop her seniority and prepare her for engaging on senior management level at customers.

Thank you so much for the pleasant time we worked together. Good luck in your career and let's keep in touch.

Linda Tenho
Solution Architect, Randstad

Thank you for the great collaboration on the Randstad program Myrthe.

During the program discovery phase, Myrthe took the lead to drive analytics/predictions discovery and showed great subject knowledge on the area. While running sessions with the customer, Myrthe was able to build trust, and help the customer picture how they can use their data to support their business and decision making. Together with the customer, Myrthe was able to identify multiple use cases that the team can continue to work on refining on a user story level.

Myrthe took a proactive approach in her work and worked independently while at the same time knowing when to reach out for support and feedback. In order to build a demo for the customer, Myrthe was also ready to explore new options, learn, and utilize Snowfakery to pull in data to demonstrate analytic and prediction capabilities.

I enjoyed working with Myrthe, and hope to see her back on the Randstad program soon.

John Root
Senior Account Executive, Marketing Cloud

I have had the occasion to work with Myrthe where she helped in pre-sales situations. Customers do show interest in Artificial Intelligence, in our case often referred to as Einstein. However, it also means that customers want to learn more, what exactly is Artificial Intelligence and how can they apply it in a business context?

With her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of AI Myrthe explains and educates customers. She does this to understand it and see the benefits when Myrthe demonstrates use cases and real-life examples. It is a pleasure to work with her and I am looking forward to the next occasion.
